Marisa Harrach

As a child, Marisa grew up with cats, but her biggest and only wish was to also have a dog.

It was always clear to her to adopt a dog from a shelter, and so, in 2014, she and her husband gave rescued dog, Mogli, from Animal Care Austria a new home.

Marisa came to ACA through Romana Dworak (ACA Team). Marisa and Romana worked for the same IT company, Cisco, where they often participated together in the company’s “time2give” project organized for Cisco employees and family members to helped in the ACA supported shelter in Kiskunlachaza, Hungary.

Marisa lives with her small zoo - 2 cats and Mogli on the countryside in a house with a large garden.

Animal welfare is very important to Marisa, and she is looking forward to further “time2give” projects and Animal Care Austria Care Days.
